These books are on our shelves and bedside tables. Our library is vast and purposeful, yet these are what we consider among the most urgent reads. We do not have relationships with the publishers. They were simply pivotal for our founder and our team.
Literature such as these allow us to more rapidly decolonize “mental health” systems, meeting Samskara’s mission to focus on the emotional body and its lived experiences. This literature is a call to action that we suggest as a foundation for the work we will do together.
